Attorney Advertising Notice

This website contains attorney advertising pursuant to the New York Rules of Professional Conduct, Rule 7.1. PRIOR RESULTS DO NOT GUARANTEE A SIMILAR OUTCOME.

Every legal matter is unique and depends on specific facts, evidence, judicial discretion, and changing federal regulations. Testimonials, past case results, and reviews do not constitute a guarantee, warranty, or prediction regarding the outcome of any potential legal matter.

Federal Jurisdiction & State Licensure

Attorney Joseph B. Caraccio is admitted to practice law in the State of New York. Because U.S. immigration and naturalization law is federal in nature, 8 C.F.R. § 292.1 authorizes attorneys in good standing of any state bar to represent clients before the Department of Homeland Security (USCIS, ICE, CBP), the Department of Justice (Executive Office for Immigration Review, Board of Immigration Appeals), and the Department of State (embassies and consulates) regardless of the client’s geographic location.

This firm does not provide legal representation in non-immigration state law matters in jurisdictions outside the State of New York.

No Confidentiality for Unsolicited Submissions

While consultation submissions are handled respectfully and with discretion, sending unsolicited information before an attorney-client relationship is formally established does not create an obligation on the part of the firm to represent you, and may not prevent the firm from representing another party in a related matter.
